Our parent organization SMART publishes our full constitution. They are many crafts under them and each has a different section in the constitution. Our specific section is called SMART Transportation Division and it is under Article 21B.

Railway Labor act

The Railway Labor Act establishes our rights to enter into Collective Bargaining Agreements, processes to amend agreements, creates processes to settle disputes with the carrier, etc.
