We have a PILOT Agreement that expires at the end of this year unless both parties choose to renew it. It has the following changes:
Temporary Lodging if member is forced more than 100 miles from their home terminal.
Displacement Notification process
Notify member as usual
If member does not answer the phone after 8 hours from the notification attempt. Member has 48 hours to place themselves.
If the member does not place himself before the 48 hours, the carrier can force member to an assignment.
